Operations Analyst – Customer Service (Bengaluru)

About the role

ANZ is looking for an Operations Analyst to join its 24x7 Service and Join team in Bengaluru. You will support customers across digital channels – phone, online and email – handling requests to join ANZ or open new bank accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Support and drive process changes, recommending improvements and fostering a change‑ready culture.
• Accurately record information in work tools, minimizing rework for yourself and teammates.
• Maintain customer service level agreements and ensure all authentication procedures are followed.
• Stay up‑to‑date with bank policy changes and apply them consistently.
• Liaise professionally with stakeholders, handling enquiries, escalating when needed, and providing clear verbal information.
• Provide administrative support, including drafting correspondence to inform customers of obligations and case closure requirements.
• Complete required documentation with minimal errors and share knowledge with team members.

Required profile

• Up to 3 years of experience in customer servicing, preferably in a voice‑based environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as part of a 24 × 7 operation.
• Strong customer focus and ability to work collaboratively.
