About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant / Receptionist (female) to join our team in Nagaland. The role involves managing front‑desk activities, supporting daily administrative tasks and assisting visitors.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors, handle incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure a professional appearance.
  • Assist with filing, data entry and basic record‑keeping.
  • Provide information related to the NPSC course and exam patterns to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Support other office staff with routine clerical duties as needed.

Required profile

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Female candidates only.
  • Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience.

Required skills

  • Good communication skills.
  • Familiarity with NPSC course structure and examination patterns.
