About the role

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Nurse Assistant to provide high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced hospital environment. The role involves supporting nurses and physicians in delivering safe, compassionate care to a diverse patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history and symptoms accurately.
• Administer medication and prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients’ health status and report changes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies.
• Deliver bedside care and operate medical equipment safely.
• Participate in regular in‑service education sessions.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and GNM Nursing / BSc Nursing / MSc Nursing.
• 3 months to 5 years of experience in nursing or patient care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with initiative and moral support for patients.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
• Operation and care of medical equipment.
• Point‑of‑care testing.
