Multi‑Skilled Technician – Hotel Maintenance

About the role

The Postcard Hotel is seeking a Multi‑Skilled Technician to join its facilities team in Goa. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that all technical systems within the boutique hotel operate smoothly, supporting a high‑quality guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and urgent repairs on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain and service HVAC, refrigeration, and other hotel equipment.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, front‑desk, and other departments to address technical issues promptly.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics to diagnose problems.
• Document maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required profile

• Technical proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and equipment maintenance.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Relevant technical certifications or a diploma in a related field is preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or luxury service environments is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
