Mobility Specialist

About the role

The Mobility Specialist will join Haleon's Reward Operations Team within the Global People Solutions function. Based in India, the role supports the Global Mobility Centre of Excellence and ensures international assignment and relocation processes are delivered efficiently, providing a high‑quality experience for employees.

Key responsibilities

• Manage initiation processes for all international assignments and permanent international relocations, handing off to the Global Mobility CoE team.
• Collect required data, prepare cost estimates and facilitate business approval for each move.
• Liaise with internal partners such as HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, Legal, department heads and line managers.
• Coordinate ad‑hoc mobility support including terminations, immigration matters, change of circumstances, renewals and other one‑off arrangements.
• Handle queries, resolve issues and manage expense reimbursements related to mobility.
• Perform administrative tasks such as preparing travel invitation letters, coordinating signatories and managing cross‑border employment termination processes.
• Support the Global Mobility CoE team with operational, coordination and project activities.
• Recommend continuous improvement and simplification of mobility processes within the broader HR transformation framework.

Required profile

• Fluent English language.
• 7‑10 years of experience in HR, administration or similar functions within a large commercial organisation or consultancy.
• Experience in mobility administration is preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with a proactive approach.
