Memory Device Driver Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Memory Device Driver Engineer to join our embedded systems team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and testing memory device drivers for 32‑bit microcontroller platforms, ensuring compliance with industry standards and robust performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and verify memory device driver software in C and assembly language.
• Implement and maintain driver code for multi‑core architectures, MMU, MPU, caches, DMA, and interrupt handling.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate drivers with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers.
• Follow a defined software development lifecycle, including documentation and code reviews.
• Support change requests, perform root‑cause analysis, and deliver reliable solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in memory device driver development and testing.
• Strong understanding of embedded software development processes and lifecycle.
• Experience with microcontroller architectures (32‑bit) and multi‑core systems.
• Familiarity with safety standards such as AUTOSAR, IEC61508, ISO26262 is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a multi‑site environment.
