MBBS Medical Officer / Duty Doctor (OPD & Emergency)

About the role

We are seeking an MBBS Medical Officer to join our hospital in Kawardha, Chhattisgarh. The duty doctor will handle both outpatient department (OPD) consultations and casualty/emergency cases, providing high‑quality primary care and timely stabilization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct OPD consultations and manage patient flow efficiently.
• Attend to casualty and emergency cases, delivering immediate medical stabilization.
• Monitor vital signs, develop and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and patient‑safety standards.

Required profile

• MBBS degree with a valid Medical Council registration.
• Experience in OPD and casualty/emergency management; hospital experience is an advantage.
• Immediate availability or ability to join as per notice period.
