About the role
The Manager – Inlicensing & Business Development leads the company’s partnership ecosystem, driving new licensing opportunities and overseeing the commercialization of both small‑molecule and biologic pipelines. You will act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external licensing partners to ensure timely deal closure and product launch.
Key responsibilities
- Manage alliances with existing licensing partners and nurture relationships.
- Support and accelerate co‑marketing, distribution, and licensing agreements.
- Develop new product pipelines for small molecules, biologics, and biosimilars.
- Coordinate commercialization activities across marketing, finance, R&D, packaging, artwork, PV, and legal functions.
- Collaborate with licensing partners on artwork and regulatory document preparation and submission.
- Lead project management for internal development and third‑party sourcing initiatives.
- Monitor and ensure timely renewal of current licensing products.
Required profile
- 5‑8 years of relevant work experience, preferably in business development.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate, manage processes, and collaborate across functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and result‑orientation.
