Manager II, Site Construction

About the role

Worley is seeking a Manager II, Site Construction to lead the Construction Management team and ensure successful delivery of projects throughout the construction phase. You will work closely with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to uphold safety, quality, and budgetary standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Construction Management team and represent Worley in stakeholder meetings.
• Direct and control staff activities to meet project requirements and HSE plans.
• Implement construction management processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Review contractor programmes, schedules, manpower, and equipment usage.
• Advise contractors on work methods and ensure timely submission of HSE, quality, and progress reports.
• Resolve construction‑phase issues, monitor corrective actions, and enforce company procedures.
• Own and monitor the construction budget, taking corrective actions to stay within allocated funds.
• Manage interfaces between multiple contractors and vendors.
• Foster an inclusive environment, mentor team members, and support their career growth.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with construction management processes.
• Proven track record in driving HSE compliance.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality management, planning, and progress monitoring.
• Understanding of construction methods, systems, and relevant protocols.
