Manager, Franchise Innovation – Data Products

About the role

Mastercard is looking for a Manager to lead its Franchise Innovation Data Products initiative. You will shape the Data as a Service (DaaS) strategy, turning franchise data into high‑value, consumable products for internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the Franchise DaaS strategy and roadmap, aligning with franchise priorities and enterprise data strategy.
• Identify, design and evolve data products such as dashboards, APIs, extracts, benchmarks, insights and analytics.
• Own product vision, value proposition, scope and success metrics for DaaS offerings.
• Partner with technology teams to build scalable, secure and governed data platforms supporting batch, API and dashboard delivery models.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI, product owners and customer experience teams to ensure seamless product delivery and go‑to‑market execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading data‑product strategy and end‑to‑end product lifecycle.
• Strong ability to define product vision, value proposition and measurable success criteria.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional technology, data strategy and business teams.
• Experience working in a payments or financial‑services ecosystem is a plus.
