Machine Operator – Side Sealing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator specialized in side sealing to join our flexible packaging production line. The role involves operating a range of Mamta machines to produce various plastic bags, ensuring high quality and minimal waste.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Mamta Vega 750+, Vega 1000+, Wicketers W800 series, and bottom sealing machines independently.
• Run production for plastic courier bags, POD jacket bags, tamper‑evident security bags, wicketed bags, and garments bags.
• Set machine parameters according to job specifications and maintain product dimensions and sealing quality.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, maintain machine cleanliness, and follow safety procedures.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth operation and meet targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in flexible packaging or plastic bag manufacturing.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Mamta Vega 750+, Vega 1000+ and bottom sealing machines.
• Ability to work shifts and meet production targets.
• Understanding of side sealing and bottom sealing processes.
