Loss Prevention Executive

About the role

The Loss Prevention Executive ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets at JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru. This role combines proactive patrols, emergency response, and strict access control to maintain a secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms, and monitor guest access.
• Conduct emergency response drills, safety inspections, investigations, and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured zones.
• Assist guests and employees during emergencies, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS.
• Gather information, complete incident reports, and maintain confidentiality of all documentation.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcoholic beverage control laws.
• Support management in training, coaching, and upholding the Guarantee of Fair Treatment policy.

Required profile

• Strong observational skills and ability to respond quickly to safety hazards.
• Excellent communication, professional demeanor, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, run, and lift objects up to 50 lb unaided.
• Willingness to work varied shifts and handle high‑pressure situations.

Required skills

• CCTV monitoring and alarm system operation.
• Key control management and access authorization.
• First aid and CPR certification.
• Proficient use of computers and point‑of‑sale systems for reporting.
