About the role
We are looking for a senior DevOps SRE leader to drive reliability, scalability and performance of our systems. The role works across development, operations and security to automate, monitor and improve infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
- Ensure high availability, scalability and reliability of production systems.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible or CloudFormation.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement DevOps best practices.
- Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure and GCP and optimise resource utilisation.
- Implement disaster recovery and backup strategies.
- Drive incident management and root‑cause analysis for production issues.
- Ensure security compliance and implement system hardening practices.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience in IT operations and site reliability engineering.
- Strong Linux/Unix systems administration background.
- Proven experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Hands‑on experience with containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.
- Solid knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Good understanding of networking, security and performance tuning.
