Junior Accountant – Finance & Accounting

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Junior Accountant to support our growing finance team. You will handle day‑to‑day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Maintain various reconciliations and coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• B.Com, M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Understanding of GST, TDS and core accounting principles.

Required skills

• Tally / ERP systems.
• Microsoft Excel.
• GST compliance.
• TDS compliance.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Financial reporting.
