About the role

Join the Infosys consulting team as an IT Consultant, where you will dive deep into client challenges, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and drive successful deployments. You will contribute to proposals, configure products, and lead small‑scale projects that deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client issues, diagnose root causes, and design tailored technology solutions.
• Develop and own sections of proposal documents, providing input on solution design.
• Plan and execute configuration activities, conduct conference‑room pilots, and resolve technical queries.
• Deliver solution demonstrations, proof‑of‑concept workshops, and effort estimates aligned with client budgets.
• Lead small projects and support unit‑level initiatives to ensure high‑quality, value‑adding outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong ability to create value‑driving strategies and models for client growth.
• Good knowledge of software configuration management systems and awareness of emerging technologies.
• Logical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and collaborative mindset.
• Understanding of financial processes, pricing models, and project budgeting.
• Experience assessing current processes, identifying improvement areas, and recommending technology solutions.
• Domain knowledge in one or two industry sectors, client‑facing experience, and project/team management capabilities.
