IT Consultant – Application Support & Cloud

About the role

As an IT Consultant within the Infosys delivery team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, validating and supporting technology solutions that meet client expectations. You will work closely with clients to gather detailed requirements, translate them into system specifications, and contribute to their digital transformation journey.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and support applications and infrastructure components.
• Collect and analyse client requirements and convert them into clear system specifications.
• Provide accurate work estimations to Technology Leads and Project Managers.
• Participate in building efficient programs and systems that align with client goals.
• Deliver ongoing application and database support to ensure high service levels.

Required profile

• Experience in application support and database administration.
• Ability to work in a collaborative delivery environment and interact with clients.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with project estimation and documentation processes.
