About the role
The Inside Sales Manager will drive revenue by engaging prospective students through phone outreach and delivering exceptional customer service. Working as an individual contributor, you will guide leads through course details, provide career counseling, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to existing and potential accounts.
- Explain course offerings in detail and convert leads into enrolled students.
- Provide career counseling to help prospects select the right program.
- Develop short‑term and long‑term sales plans to achieve targets.
- Maintain high‑quality customer service using reference materials as needed.
- Generate sales that meet or exceed individual targets.
- Identify referrals within the existing customer base to expand the sales pipeline.
- Attend sales meetings to stay updated on new services and industry changes.
- Manage post‑sale customer relations to ensure maximum satisfaction.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability.
- Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience.
- Prior experience in a training institute or education services.
- Strong communication and counseling skills.
