Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Tata Elxsi is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support its Trivandrum operations. The role focuses on aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, driving employee engagement, and delivering strategic talent solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals.
• Lead employee engagement activities to foster trust and belonging.
• Manage end‑to‑end performance management processes, including capability building and PIP reviews.
• Design and implement talent retention initiatives and improve employee satisfaction survey action plans.
• Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
• Analyze and refine HR policies, recognition programs, and employee relations processes.
• Conduct regular employee satisfaction meetings and provide solutions to identified gaps.
• Resolve employee grievances promptly and maintain positive employee relations.
• Perform attrition analysis, create dashboards, and propose retention strategies.
• Maintain accurate employee records for payroll and attrition reporting.
• Conduct QMS and HR audits, identify non‑compliance areas, and drive corrective actions.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in HR business partnering.
• Proven track record in employee engagement, performance management, and talent retention.
• Strong analytical skills for attrition analysis and HR reporting.
• Experience conducting HR audits and implementing policy improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
