HR Operations Specialist

About the role

Westernacher Consulting is looking for a People/HR Ops professional to join its India team. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end HR operations supporting a fast‑growing SAP consulting business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle – onboarding, off‑boarding and related documentation.
• Support payroll processing, ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain accurate HR records.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep HRMS data up‑to‑date and resolve operational issues.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards and MIS using Excel.
• Identify and drive process improvements while enforcing company policies.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in IT/ITES or consulting.
• MBA in HR or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and practical experience with HRMS tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Comfortable handling payroll, compliance and other operational HR tasks.
