About the role

We are seeking an experienced Trainer for our Cleaning category to join our dynamic team. The role is responsible for ensuring high‑quality delivery of home cleaning services across designated cities by leading training initiatives, developing content, and providing both technical and behavioral training to partner professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all training programs for professionals offering home cleaning services in the assigned city.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in top‑tier hotels, facility management, or startups with a focus on training and development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proven experience managing teams of trainers or professionals, preferably in hotels or facilities management.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering training content for blue‑collar workers.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
