About the role
The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for guests at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, responsible for delivering seamless check‑in experiences and ensuring accurate billing and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Process all guest check‑ins, verify identity, payment method, assign rooms and issue keys.
- Set up guest accounts, enter Marriott Rewards information and ensure correct rate codes.
- Handle all payment types, vouchers, paid‑outs, and balance cash receipts at shift start and end.
- Compile daily reports, cashier and closing logs, and notify loss prevention of any theft reports.
- Provide guests with property information, directions and respond to service requests by coordinating with appropriate departments.
- Assist management with training, evaluating, counseling and coaching front‑office staff.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety procedures and confidentiality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of related front‑office or guest‑services experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computers and POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
