Flexo Operator

About the role

The Flexo Operator will work on‑site at Wonderpac’s Sonipat facility, operating flexographic printing equipment to produce high‑quality packaging and labeling materials. This full‑time position requires setting up machines, monitoring production, and ensuring printed outputs meet strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain flexographic printing machines throughout production runs.
• Set up, adjust and calibrate equipment for each job.
• Monitor ink levels and make necessary adjustments.
• Troubleshoot printing issues to minimise downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required profile

• Experience operating flexographic printing machines and related print production processes.
• Understanding of printer support and maintenance procedures.
• Knowledge of bindery and post‑production processes.
• Familiarity with inkjet technologies used in printing.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in printing is a plus.
• Previous experience in packaging or labeling industry is advantageous.
