Executive N – Concrete Technologist

About the role

The Executive N – Concrete Technologist is a frontline technical specialist responsible for delivering concrete admixture solutions to clients across the assigned geography. The role combines on‑site formulation, testing, and technical support with market development activities to convert sales leads into successful projects.

Key responsibilities

• Customize admixture formulations on site to meet specific performance requirements and conduct the necessary performance tests.
• Prepare and deliver sample formulations for client evaluation.
• Design specialized concrete mixes such as self‑compacting concrete and precast concrete.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑sale technical assistance at project sites, including on‑site sampling of admixture products.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with RMCs, contractors, and site QA/QC personnel to generate business.
• Collect and analyse competitor product samples to inform product improvements and support marketing trials.
• Identify non‑APL stakeholders and convert them through product demonstrations and technical workshops.
• Collaborate with R&T teams for new product development based on market feedback.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (minimum 50% marks, no backlogs).
• 1–8 years of experience in ready‑mix concrete (RMC) or admixture companies.
• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
