Employee Service Manager, APAC

About the role

The Employee Service Manager, APAC will lead the delivery of HR shared services across multiple countries in the region. You will be responsible for ensuring high‑volume, process‑driven service delivery while maintaining compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop teams operating in several APAC countries.
• Lead service delivery in a high‑volume environment, monitoring SLAs, KPIs and case quality.
• Oversee HR systems such as SuccessFactors and case management tools like ServiceNow.
• Support scaling and transformation initiatives for shared services operations.
• Ensure regional compliance and adapt processes to diverse regulatory environments (e.g., India, China).
• Drive adoption of automation and technology solutions where applicable.

Required profile

• 8+ years of HR experience, including shared services or HR operations leadership.
• Proven experience managing teams across multiple APAC countries.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and regional compliance considerations.
• Experience working in diverse regulatory environments, preferably India and China.
• Experience supporting scaling or transformation of shared services operations.

Required skills

• SuccessFactors (preferred).
• ServiceNow (preferred).
• Microsoft 365, especially Excel (preferred).
