About the role

Join the Google Operations Center for a 12‑month hybrid apprenticeship focused on Digital Business Marketing. You will work alongside experienced GOC teams, solve real‑world advertising challenges, and receive training from both internal leaders and an external partner.

Key responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of digital ad platforms, online campaigns, and ad‑account troubleshooting.
• Partner with internal teams to create product and partnership solutions.
• Support business development by handling leads from new and existing clients and act as an account coordinator.
• Analyze data to derive insights and identify opportunities for clients and agencies.
• Learn emerging advertising products and how users interact with them.
• Apply AI‑based solutions to improve digital advertising productivity.

Required profile

• University graduate (any discipline) seeking a career in digital marketing.
• Indian citizen with Aadhaar linked to an active mobile number and a personal email address.
• Willingness to work on‑site at a GOC office in a hybrid capacity for the full program duration.
• Ability to commit to the 12‑month apprenticeship without relocation.
