About the role

The Deputy Manager – Sales for Acrylic Acid & Esters will lead business development and sales activities for the CPH Strategic Business Unit across the sub‑region. You will work closely with channel partners and existing B2B customers to drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Service existing B2B customers and identify new prospects to diversify the customer base.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Develop lasting relationships, monitor market trends, and gather competitive intelligence on pricing, products, and new developments.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to support product and service planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing to implement customer‑specific strategies.
  • Train, motivate, and monitor distributors/agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular market mapping to understand demand‑supply dynamics.
  • Handle key account management, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

  • B.Tech or equivalent in Chemical Engineering.
  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales within the chemical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of commodities and specialty market dynamics.
