Delivery Manager

About the role

The Delivery Manager will lead PLM delivery and operations for global engineering and manufacturing customers. You will oversee large offshore teams, ensure service excellence, and drive continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage offshore delivery teams across multiple locations (e.g., Pune, Bangalore) supporting global clients.
• Oversee PLM operations and Application Management Services, including incident, problem, change, knowledge, and release management.
• Govern complex onsite‑offshore delivery models, enforce SLA compliance, and maintain operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, HR, Finance, and business stakeholder groups.
• Lead delivery governance, service reporting, risk management, and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Handle financial management activities such as budgeting, utilization tracking, forecasting, profitability analysis, and cost optimization.
• Apply structured methodologies such as ITIL, Agile, and DevOps‑aligned operational frameworks.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in PLM delivery, operations, or program management within enterprise engineering/manufacturing environments.
• Proven leadership of large, distributed offshore teams.
• Strong communication, conflict management, negotiation, and decision‑making abilities in global customer settings.
• Experience with PLM transformation programs (migrations, upgrades, re‑platforming) is desirable.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus.
