Customer SPOC – SAP Basis Consultant (6-10 yrs)

About the role

The Customer SPOC role is an L3 SAP Basis consultant responsible for delivering high‑quality administrative and operational support across enterprise SAP platforms. You will ensure system stability, SLA compliance, and continuous service improvement while collaborating closely with delivery and customer teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide reliable customer administrative support to keep SAP systems running smoothly.
• Monitor systems, processes, and services to maintain stability and performance.
• Ensure SLA compliance, prepare SLA reports, and analyse breaches.
• Support escalations with timely resolution and clear communication.
• Participate in planning and execution of maintenance windows and major changes.
• Assist capacity management to guarantee service continuity.
• Work with delivery teams to identify gaps and drive operational improvements.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of relevant experience as an SAP Basis consultant (L3 level).
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills, especially under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a quality‑driven approach.
• Good collaboration skills across teams.
