Customer Solution Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused, solution‑oriented professional to join our fast‑growing SaaS team as a Customer Solution Consultant. In this position you will act as the primary Subject Matter Expert for enterprise customers, bridging the gap between client needs and internal delivery teams to ensure successful implementations, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted advisor and SME throughout the customer lifecycle, building strong relationships and managing communication.
• Lead end‑to‑end customer implementations, gathering and documenting business requirements, designing tailored solutions, and configuring scalable workflows and integrations.
• Define and track success metrics, monitor health scores, and develop mitigation strategies for at‑risk accounts.
• Act as the first point of escalation for critical issues, troubleshooting implementation or adoption challenges with urgency.
• Deliver impactful presentations, implementation plans, and business reviews to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to relay feedback, feature requests, and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in SaaS customer solutions, implementations, or consulting.
• Proactive, analytical, and empathetic with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to manage complex escalations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and contribute to best‑practice development.
