About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The role involves providing professional assistance to banking customers, ensuring a high standard of service, and adhering to established processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries professionally via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist customers with banking‑related support, including account information and transaction issues.
  • Maintain quality customer service standards and meet performance targets.
  • Follow process guidelines and escalation matrix to resolve issues efficiently.

Required profile

  • Graduation with results mandatory.
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Average communication skills with a good understanding of English (V3 level).
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
