About the role
We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Executive to lead our customer service department. In this role you will oversee daily operations, resolve escalated issues and work closely with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the day‑to‑day activities of the customer service team.
- Handle escalated complaints and inquiries, ensuring professional and timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional departments to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at improving the overall customer experience.
- Use advanced Excel skills to analyse service data and prepare reports for senior management.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of experience in back‑office or similar customer service roles.
- Proven ability to lead a team and drive performance improvements.
- Strong communication skills with the capacity to manage difficult customer interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant customer‑service certifications are a plus.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
