About the role
AMD is seeking both freshers and experienced candidates for the position of Customer Service Executive at its Ahmedabad airport operations hub. The role involves direct interaction with passengers and ensures smooth airport processes under the supervision of Duty Officers and Duty Managers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage passenger check‑in, reservations, and ticketing activities.
- Handle special‑category passengers, including assistance for elderly, disabled, and unaccompanied minors.
- Coordinate boarding gate operations and ensure timely departures.
- Maintain compliance with airport regulatory requirements.
- Report to the Duty Manager and Airport Manager on daily operations.
Required profile
- Preferred: Graduate degree; minimum education 10+2.
- Knowledge of airport operations and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication abilities and a collaborative team attitude.
