Customer Service Associate – Telemedicine Support

About the role
The Customer Service Associate will be the first point of contact for patients reaching out to Jiva’s telemedicine platform. Working from our Faridabad centre, you will handle inbound calls, understand customer needs and guide them through the process of booking doctor consultations. Jiva Group is a leading provider of Ayurvedic healthcare solutions, operating teleconsultation services across India. The associate will contribute to delivering affordable, authentic healthcare to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and courteously.
- Capture essential information in the system accurately.
- Interpret customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Assist customers in scheduling tele‑consultations with qualified doctors.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff as needed.
- Provide feedback on common issues to help improve the knowledge base.
