About the role

We are expanding our culinary team at the upcoming outlet in Navi Mumbai International Airport. The role is open for Commis levels 1, 2 and 3, offering a chance to work in a dynamic Pan‑Asian kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs with daily food preparation and plating.
• Prepare ingredients, portion dishes, and ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Support inventory management and stock rotation.
• Follow food safety and quality guidelines at all times.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree from a recognized culinary school.
• 1–3 years of relevant kitchen experience; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Valid Indian passport.
