Color Sorter Operator – Cashew Processing

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Color Sorter Operator to join our cashew processing unit in Sanand, Gujarat. The role involves operating advanced color sorting equipment to ensure high‑quality cashew kernels are separated efficiently during a standard 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM shift.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Venus and Meyer color sorting machines to separate cashew kernels based on colour and quality.
• Monitor machine performance, adjust settings, and troubleshoot minor issues to maintain optimal throughput.
• Conduct regular visual inspections and grading of cashew kernels to verify sorting accuracy.
• Record production data, report deviations, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of sorting equipment.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience operating color sorting machines.
• Prior experience in cashew kernel grading is preferred.
• Hands‑on familiarity with Venus and Meyer sorters.
• Ability to work the full 9 AM – 6 PM shift on site.
