Cluster Associate Director of Sales

About the role

The Cluster Associate Director of Sales will lead sales initiatives for Fairmont’s luxury hotel portfolio in Mumbai, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape strategy, nurture client relationships, and oversee a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market trends and business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, target segments, and growth channels.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients, industry partners, and key accounts.
• Prepare and execute market‑segment action plans and review sales contracts.
• Manage Weddings, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) audits and inquiries.
• Lead, coach, and train the sales team to improve negotiation, communication, and closing techniques.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior sales roles within the hospitality or luxury hotel industry.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and expanding market share.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
