Cabin Crew – Join Our PAN India Hiring Drive (June 2026)

About the role

Akasa Air is seeking enthusiastic cabin crew members to join its PAN India hiring drive scheduled for June 2026. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring passenger safety, and representing the airline’s brand throughout each flight.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all government, DGCA, and company SOPs and stay updated on safety and service circulars.
• Maintain professional grooming standards and present a polished image on duty and layovers.
• Conduct inflight sales, promote ancillary revenue, and act as a brand ambassador.
• Assist passengers with special needs, including reduced mobility, unaccompanied minors, and families with infants.
• Perform pre‑flight and post‑flight duties, including galley handover, equipment checks, and cabin cleanliness.
• Make required announcements, monitor cabin conditions, and report any discrepancies to the Inflight Manager.
• Collaborate with cockpit crew and ground departments through effective crew resource management (CRM).
