About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive who is just starting their career. The role focuses on generating leads, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales team to close deals.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, calls, emails and other platforms.
- Reach out to prospects and clearly explain our services or products.
- Maintain a lead database and conduct regular follow‑ups.
- Assist in client meetings and presentations.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Prepare reports on lead generation and sales activities.
Required profile
- Graduate or final‑year student with a strong interest in sales, marketing or business development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
- Confidence speaking with clients and a self‑motivated, target‑driven attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
- Prior internship experience is a plus but not mandatory.
