Business Analyst II – Infrastructure Stability

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Business Analyst II to join its Service Management (ISM) Office. The role focuses on analysing business needs, improving systems and processes, and supporting customers across the infrastructure stability domain.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse existing business processes to recommend improvements.
• Produce clear documentation of proposed solutions and recommendations.
• Lead requirement and design reviews with stakeholders to obtain sign‑off.
• Create cost and effort estimates and implementation plans for enhancements.
• Participate in project teams, report progress and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide customer support (≈60% of time) as the IT single point of contact for service requests and outage communications.
• Support process owners (≈30% of time) with execution, management and improvements.
• Assist technology initiatives (≈10% of time) by collaborating with service owners to launch new services.

Required profile

• Experience in business analysis, gathering and analysing process information.
• Ability to produce unambiguous documentation and lead stakeholder reviews.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with process owners, developers and customers.
• Capability to estimate effort, manage project tasks and escalate issues appropriately.
