Brand Designer

About the role

Gensler is looking for a Brand Designer to lead design projects that shape experiences through wayfinding, environmental graphics and brand activation. Reporting to a Design Director, you will translate strategy into compelling visual solutions while balancing client budgets and Gensler’s creative vision.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver high‑quality project deliverables on time.
• Ensure all client‑facing materials are error‑free, polished and aligned with client objectives.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to meet prospective client requirements.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly in written, oral and visual formats.
• Maintain project archives and share best practices across the Gensler network.
• Lead conceptual exploration, sketching, research and thumbnail studies.
• Guide design direction from concept through production and provide feedback on team work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and integrate brand design with wayfinding and environmental graphics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably with environmental graphics, signage or wayfinding.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with reading architectural plans, sections and elevations is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with SketchUp, Adobe Premiere and Keynote is a plus.
