Branch Manager – Gold Loans (Dehradun)

About the role

Aditya Birla Capital Limited is seeking a Branch Manager to lead its Gold Loan business in Dehradun. The role is responsible for driving revenue, maintaining portfolio quality, and ensuring strict operational governance at the branch level.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve aggressive customer acquisition, loan disbursement, and gold tonnage growth in a competitive market.
• Maintain strict loan‑to‑value (LTV) adherence, gold purity compliance, and accurate valuation despite price fluctuations.
• Oversee timely closure of spurious or bent‑ex cases and minimize auction‑to‑book ratios.
• Drive collection resolutions for accounts 0–30 days past due while preventing slippages.
• Ensure branch audit scores above 90% with zero tolerance for deviations.
• Deliver consistent, high‑quality customer experience for a sensitive asset‑backed product.
• Motivate, coach, and develop a small frontline team to sustain sales and service productivity.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a branch or similar business unit in a NBFC or banking environment.
• Strong understanding of gold loan products, risk assessment, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, meet targets, and manage operational risk.
