About the role
Mastercard is seeking a B2B Marketing Operations Analyst to join its Global B2B Marketing Operations team in India. You will support data‑driven marketing initiatives by building dashboards, extracting and cleaning data, and providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Perform lead list uploads and data imports into marketing automation and CRM platforms, ensuring data cleanliness, deduplication, and proper segmentation.
- Set up and manage marketing campaigns in Salesforce, tracking leads and campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyse campaign results using Salesforce and Tableau, delivering insights to improve effectiveness.
- Transform raw data into executive‑level visualisations and presentations using PowerPoint.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, troubleshoot synchronization issues between platforms, and ensure reliable data flow.
- Share performance metrics with stakeholders to support data‑informed decision‑making.
Required profile
- Strong ability to clean, manage, and analyse data with attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of marketing analytics and performance measurement.
- Experience working cross‑functionally and communicating insights to non‑technical audiences.
