Associate Analyst – Investment Due Diligence

About the role

Invesco is seeking an Associate Analyst to support its Americas and EMEA RFP & Global Databases team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality responses to digital due‑diligence platforms and client questionnaires, helping position Invesco as the provider of choice for prospective and current clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, timely submissions for digital due‑diligence platforms and repeatable low‑level client DDQs.
• Follow established processes, including proper file management and project closure.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and conduct thorough quality checks before peer review.
• Identify and implement process improvements using automated features in the content system and online submission tools.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Invesco’s investment products, asset classes, and capabilities.

Required profile

• Highly motivated and intellectually curious with a willingness to assume increasing responsibility.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with Compliance, Risk Management, Legal, and Operations experts.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
