About the role
Swiggy, in partnership with Servd, is looking for an Assistant Manager to own and drive branded experiences, promotional events, and strategic partnerships across multiple Indian cities. You will be responsible for delivering high‑impact, community‑first events that align with the brand vision and generate measurable ROI.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end ownership of events, from ideation and strategy to execution and post‑event analysis.
- Ensure event profitability, scalability, and alignment with brand standards.
- Collaborate with content, production, design, and post‑production teams to create innovative, culturally relevant event formats.
- Develop new event IPs that can be replicated across Servd’s city network.
- Manage all logistical elements, including venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, budgeting, timelines, and on‑ground execution.
- Identify, approach, and onboard brands for long‑term partnerships; negotiate terms to secure strong ROI.
- Lead partnership campaign planning with internal teams across cities, ensuring seamless integration with content and marketing channels.
- Represent Servd at events, maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Evaluate event performance and implement improvements for future editions.
- Manage and mentor a multi‑city team, fostering growth and alignment with organisational goals.
