Assistant Manager – Business Planning & Cost Management

About the role

The Assistant Manager will support Business Planning, Cost Management and Data Management activities for Bosch's Bidadi manufacturing plant. The role ensures timely delivery of forecasts, cost performance data and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with cross‑functional teams to finalize the Business Plan, current forecasts, MBR, LtPC and LtPM on a product‑wise basis.
• Organise and coordinate information across functions to administer cost performance and evaluate cost‑saving projects, certifying savings and updating the mY‑Measures tool.
• Maintain the SAP database (accounting, costing and key views) to enable accurate cost roll‑out for parts.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and coordination abilities.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
