Assembly Technician (Fresher) – EV Charger Production

About the role

We are a fast‑growing EV charger startup looking for a motivated Assembly Technician to join our production floor in Bengaluru. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience across mechanical, electrical and electronic assembly of electric vehicle chargers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in assembling mechanical enclosures, brackets, panels and sub‑assemblies following visual SOPs.
• Use calibrated torque wrenches and power screwdrivers to apply correct fastener torque values.
• Support cable management installation, including trays, glands, bushings and strain‑relief fittings.
• Route and dress wiring harnesses, crimp ferrules and pin terminals, and label/sleeve cables as per BOM.
• Observe HV safety, LOTO procedures and proper PPE usage.
• Handle PCBs and control modules, mount them on DIN rails or chassis, and perform visual inspections.
• Maintain ESD discipline and assist with basic multimeter continuity and voltage checks.
• Participate in re‑work and repair tasks under supervision.

Required profile

• Completed ITI in Electrician, Mechanical, Fitter or Electronic Mechanic trade.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience or fresh graduate.
• Proficiency in English or Hindi.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bengaluru.
