Architect for High Rise Project

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Architect to join our team for a new high‑rise development in Ludhiana. The role involves leading the design and documentation of the project from concept through construction, ensuring compliance with local regulations and client expectations. This position offers the opportunity to work on a landmark building in a fast‑growing market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, schematics and detailed drawings for the high‑rise project.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP and civil engineers to integrate multidisciplinary inputs.
• Prepare and review construction documents, specifications and schedules.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify design implementation.
• Liaise with the client to capture design intent and manage revisions.
• Ensure the design complies with sustainability and local building code guidelines.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Architecture and valid registration (if applicable).
• Proven experience in high‑rise building projects.
• Strong understanding of Indian building codes and regulations.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and work under pressure.
• Team‑oriented mindset with collaborative work style.
