Architect – Design & Planning (Mumbai)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Architect in Mumbai to lead the design and planning of residential, commercial and high‑rise projects. The role combines creative concept development with detailed technical execution, ensuring innovative and functional spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop conceptual designs and architectural plans for diverse project typologies.
• Prepare construction drawings, technical details and 3D visualisations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams throughout project phases.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations, codes and approval processes.
• Oversee project execution, monitor timelines and maintain design quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience on villa, commercial and high‑rise projects.
• Strong design sensibility, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and 3D rendering tools.
• Knowledge of building materials, systems and construction processes.
• Understanding of local building regulations and approval procedures.
