Admin, HR & Compliance Executive (Factory-Based)

About the role

Prabal Ply is seeking a disciplined, ethics‑driven professional to manage factory administration, HR operations, compliance, and cost control. This hands‑on role combines office work with regular presence on the shop floor to ensure accuracy and accountability across all processes.

Key responsibilities

• Physically verify incoming materials, prepare GRNs and match PO, GRN, and invoices.
• Conduct surprise stock audits, reconcile inventory, and verify sales team travel expenses.
• Participate in costing reviews, track raw‑material price movements, and maintain vendor rate records.
• Handle attendance, leave, payroll, PF/ESI deductions, overtime, onboarding, documentation, and employee exit formalities.
• Manage worker grievances, welfare coordination, and ensure timely payroll processing.
• Maintain statutory registers, file PF/ESI returns, and coordinate licences, PCB, Fire NOC, BIS certifications.
• Track utilities, manage petty cash, handle bank work and auditor coordination.

Required profile

• B.Com / BBA / MBA (HR or Finance) graduate.
• 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with PF/ESI filings and government office coordination.
• Physically active and comfortable working on the factory floor.
• Strong integrity, honesty, and attention to detail.
