Sr. Associate, Surgical Product/Brand Marketing

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Senior Associate to lead downstream marketing for its surgical product portfolio. The role focuses on developing strategies that improve patient outcomes and strengthen relationships with eye‑care professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyze market data to forecast trends and shape marketing strategies for assigned product ranges.
• Monitor execution and effectiveness of marketing plans using tools such as Salesforce and Pitcher, and maintain regular contact with the sales force.
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with global structures, providing market insights and preparing localized materials and programs for clients.
• Propose and adapt promotional tools and content for the sales force and customers.
• Develop partnerships with leaders and decision‑makers for the product ranges.
• Coordinate with logistics, customer service, finance, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D to optimise product management.
• Prepare and adhere to marketing budgets to achieve product objectives.
• Participate actively in organising events and surgical congresses.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to collect and analyse market data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Experience building relationships with global teams and delivering localized marketing materials.
• Proven track record of coordinating cross‑functional initiatives across logistics, finance, regulatory and R&D functions.
• Capability to manage marketing budgets and evaluate campaign performance.
• Experience organising professional events and congresses.
